I want to know if it almost like impossible to get two house loan now? I have a house that I would like to use it for lease. And I would like to buy a nicer house. I guess if I can get two mortgages, I will be able to have the leaser to pay for my new house mortgage.
It sounds like an ideal plan but what is the criteria that the bank will get people two house loans now? I have a stable job and DH has his own business from home. We both have perfect credit. Will I be able to get another loan?
