I just got a call from them today. The person that called sounded a lot like a professional closer, not a normal representative of the company, so I just told him to call me back in a couple of days. I looked up their reviews and they are really bad. The Illinois Secretary of State sent them a cease and desist notice in October of last year, and the BBB gives them an F. On complaints board and rip off report, they have extremely bad reviews and they threaten lawsuits publicly on those boards to anyone who talks bad about them.

Essentially what they say they do is have you sell their merchant processing service (which is a way for companies to accept credit cards) to companies and they pay you $500 for each terminal plus a residual commission each month. The overall business plan really does make sense, as the customer acquisition cost for these merchant processors is extremely high (maybe not $500, but still very high). But from the reviews and the BBB, it seems like this company doesn’t run ethically, or is just straight up corrupt. So, if you get a call from them, make sure you look carefully into the company and take a look at all of the reviews.

I was curious if there was anyone on here who has actually had success with this company.

I was also curious if anyone has had success doing this same kind of thing, but working with another company (not BankCard Empire or any of their subsidiaries/parent companies).

BTW, to any BCE Executive reading this, this post is entirely legal, there is no libel in the post, and if someone tells you there is, you need to get new lawyers. (Which is actually sort of obvious due to the cease and desist order in Illinois where you screwed things up)
